Ordering flowers with us is easy as 1-2-3. Same day delivery until 1pm EST. As good as we are, it is nearly impossible to fill every one of the 500+ designs exactly as you see them. In rear cases, substitutions of similar flowers/vases may be necessary. If you order via internet, we will substitute if needed. For time sensitive orders please submit in special instruction section.
