Wedding Consultation Form

Congrats and thank you for your inquiry regarding your upcoming nuptials. We would be delighted to be part of such an important day.

For your benefit, we have our free Wedding Guide download above. Just click on it and this will help answer many questions a new bride may have and also answer a lot you may have not thought about.

First, we would like to get a better understanding of the theme you have in mind for your wedding floral designs. To that end, please take some time to review and complete our 5 step questionnaire. At the end of the questionnaire, please attach any and all inspirational photos of the wedding designs, styles and colors that interest you. Keep in mind that comparable floral designs can be accomplished by substituting flowers that cost less, but look very similar. If you have no idea what flowers you want for your wedding-don’t worry, just send designs of a color palette and we can help you with the rest. We do require inspirational photos to be able to review the questionnaire.

Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we’ll email you to set up a time for a wedding planner to call you. Our wedding planner will go over your questionnaire and answer any further questions you may have. We'll send you a soft quote so you have an idea of pricing. Then we can schedule a 45 min in-store consultation. During this consult appointment, we’ll work with you to elaborate on your ideas in more detail to ensure your vision is understood.

After the consultation, a more personalized wedding proposal of cost estimates (not flower makeup details) will follow via email (3-7 days after the wedding consultation)

Please note that prior to the consultation a $100 fee is required. An additional $50 fee will added, if another 30 minutes is needed. The $100 fee will be placed towards your 30% deposit if you decide to work with us. *The proposal is only meant to be a guide until all decisions are finalized.

Lastly, do keep in mind that to ensure quality, we only take 2 weddings/events per weekend. As soon as we recieve your 30% deposit (non-refundable), we’re able to secure your date. (For deposit we accept credit cards or cash. We don't accept checks.) It's on a first come, first serve basis. We won't be able to hold any dates unless a 30% deposit is made.
